GoingPostal6713: I have decided to archive this cache as it has had too many troubles and with all the traffic that has come with the new development in the area I fear it will only continue to be muggled.

Thanks to all who made the trip to find this one and I promise, we will put another like it in a safer location very soon.

Geocache Description:

A good hike- make sure to bring lots of water and a flashlight if caching at night. There are rattlesnakes in the area- if you leave them alone, they'll leave you alone!

My family and I visited the Mesa a month ago to check out the new trail system. We discovered a cache at the trailhead but quickly realized there weren't any other caches in the area. We decided to place our first cache as a family here on the Whitney Mesa.

While this is a traditional cache, it is unique in its contents. The logbook is also a journal. Please take the time to record your thoughts when signing the logbook. This cache also contains letters to ????--- join in our fun and bring a letter with you! These letters are for everyone to enjoy so please make sure your content is appropriate. I'd like to see this cache become a time capsule of thoughts, dreams, ideas and so on....

This cache also has room for small items and originally contains homemade magnets. Happy hunting!
