While the posted coordinates are perfectly erroneous as far as finding the cache goes, the area is a rather hotspot for shopping and provisions if you choose to go there.
Micro container with only a log sheet; BYOP. I don't think this puzzle will be too difficult... time consuming at worst. Once you have the coords the find will be easy!
