Geocache Description:

Do you cache for Health OR Wellness?

A quick find just off the path to the sports fields and SSFC. Just behind the Wellness Centre, a place where you can drive your car to and have a quick swim in pool , ride on a spinning bike , and walk on the treadmill to get exercise; OR you could just go geocaching ,where you ride your bike up the trail, hike to the cache and take a dip in the lake near your find. But then again who would want to get healthy in nature when theres a complex to do it in.
