Geocache Description:

A gathering in Upper Pointe Coupee Parish,, starting at 12:30 PM. for all cachers. Here's your chance to put the names to the faces, as well as get a geography lesson.

The Mighty Mississippi has raised her fickle finger of fate (as well as the water level) and created an "OOPS" moment in our plans. Due to the projected flooding of the original site, we have moved GZ to Williamsport, and renamed the event to "Cache NEAR the river" Come hungry, JAMBALAYA will be served, along with the "Celebratory" goodies. A gathering at the Parish house in Williamsport. Going to be door prizes so sign up quickly.

There are some good, quality caches to be found along any route you may choose to get here.
