A yearly tradition cache to commemorate Nurses Day (May 6) and Nurses Week (May 6 - 10), that follows in the footsteps of my previous NICU caches. This years cache will be slightly harder than the previous.
My wife has been a nurse for over 34 years and a majority of that has been a NICU nurse. Every year at Nurses Day I am placing a cache to bring awareness to and recognize the important work that she and other NICU nurses perform in caring for premature newborn infants. The cache is not located in the center of the bridge as the icon on the map shows. It is however, conveniently hidden under one of the 4 corners close to the sidewalk. How many corners you will need to check depends on how your luck is running! Please be careful and hold the railing when looking under the bridge, I don't want any fellow cachers plunging head first into the man-eating carp infested waters of the canal!
