This is a multi-cache with two virtual stages, a micro-cache and a
main cache.
Please note that both the micro-cache and the main cache are only
10 metres from a trail, only minimal bushwacking is required,
please stay on the trails until you are at the cache sites. There
are many trails in the area and you will have some choices to make
along the way.
Take time to enjoy the many trails and the very interesting and
historic area.
Stage One - The FirstVirtual Cache - This site is found at the
co-ordinates above, it is a man made structure to do with
transportation. Take note of the four digit number on it. Divide
this number by 1000 and add the result to both latitude minutes
35.825 and longitude minutes 56.291 The co-ordinates will be as N43
xx.xxx W079 xx.xxx These co-ordinates will take you to a place
where you can park safely on the side of a gravel road.
Stage Two - The Second Virtual Cache - A little way south of the
spot where you park is a dwelling with a 5 digit number posted by
the road (there are actually two posted numbers, you need the one
with three digits that are the same in it). Using the last 4 digits
only, divide by 1000 and add the result to both latitude minutes
36.068 and longitude minutes 56.145 The co-ordinates will be as N43
xx.xxx and W079 xx.xxx These co-ordinates will take you to the
micro-cache.
Stage Three - The Micro-cache - The micro-cache container is
approximately 10 metres off a trail, it is a 35mm film container
with the co-ordinates of the main cache in it. Please do not remove
the laminated tag.
Stage Four - The Main Cache - The main cache is a small plastic
rubbermaid type container and is located approximately 10 metres
off a trail.
