This is a great Lunch Break Cache.
When I worked in Penn Yan years ago I used to come up here and eat lunch a couple of times a week. Its a peaceful spot to enjoy the shade and wind blowing through the trees. This would also be a nice spot to plan you lunch stop when geocaching around the Finger Lakes.
I think the cache should be wheel chair accessible, but I've never been in one, so if I am wrong please let me know.
The cache container is a large comoed pill bottle with some room for small swag and trackables.
