Recently I archived my 'Welcome to Sun Valley' cache due to issues with the locals. This area is a top spot, so I have moved the cache further away from the boundary of the homes above, in the rocky formations. The rocks will play havoc with your GPS- the cache is about 4 metres to the west of the twin Scribbly gums.
If you attempt this cache, a word of warning. Make sure you approach it from below, via Sun Valley Road and do so as quietly as possible. The neighbours (and thier dogs), about 20m above don't seem to like people anywhere near there, despite it not being private- property.
Be careful on the slope going up- there is a great deal of very slippery leaf litter- and- it's a long way down. I do not suggest taking young children, in terms of this or being fairly quiet in the area, but of course, that is up to each cacher.
