Agent Kay is one of the most well known agents of the Men in Black.
Men in Black (M.I.B.) is a secret non-government agency that polices extraterrestrial alien refugees. The MIB mission statement is, “Protecting the earth from the scum of the universe.” The agency operates from an underground base at a Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority ventilation station in Battery Park in New York City. MIB members use neuralyzers to erase witness's memories of alien sightings. MIB currently monitors about 1500 aliens around the world, most of them in the vicinity of NYC. All of this is only marginally and tangentially related to this puzzle and provides no insight into the cache itself.
This is my third cache and I have to admit that I have some moral qualms about this. I hate puzzle caches worse than caches hidden in riprap or bison tubes hanging in evergreen forests. Why should I perpetuate these nasty things? For revenge? This one is for all you puzzle cache lovers.
You should find only one unique solution if you remember the following:
1. The cache coordinates are encoded in the “Mondrian-like” matrix, zero is the only number that is always represented by white.
2. The solutions for latitude and longitude do not intersect but they do touch.
The difficulty is for the puzzle, the hide is rated a difficulty of one.
