Plenty of times I have seen people using this location for exercise or just simply a short cut. Once at the top you will have a historic view of Peace River and the beautiful Peace River Bridge.
I suggest parking at the top and working your way down to cache. Please hide as you found it.
You are looking for a small Lock & Lock container. This cache might be best grabbing on a Sunday or early evening when there are no muggles around. Contents are trinkets, log book with pencil. Rain or Shine, Snow or Sleet. If I could, I would Geo in my Sleep!
