The Emerson L. Burford Water Treatment Plant can treat 4 million gallons of water per day. It is owned by the Butts County Water & Sewer Authority, a partnership that includes Butts County, the City of Jackson, the City of Flovilla, and the City of Jenkinsburg.
It is not necessary to enter the fenced area. Park on either side of the drive. The cache is NOT under or on the dog grave markers! Permission has been granted to place this cache.
