Geocache Description:

A nice easy cache to find in a beautiful location. While you are there check out the bronze statue as a memorial to the Australian Light Horses who served in World war 1. This is my first attempt at listing a cache, so that's why I chose an easy one.

A small grove of trees one each for every Lions District in Australia. The 22 District Governors of that year each planted a tree at the Multiple District Convention conducted in Tamworth in May 1991, in memory of the members of their Districts who had died during their year. Enjoy your stroll around this beautiful park. The log is 30 meters from the plaque. Let the walkers go bye. A small container painted black.
