Pygmy Twylyte seemed a particularly apt title for this cache, I realised, as it came on the car CD player on the the way to placing the cache, as its always dim here and it helps to be short.
The Helsinki '74 version is a fine piece of music.
I digress.
The cache should be found a short stooping wade or crawl through a concrete culvert.
I would recommend approaching from the North using the given additional waypoint.
Watch out for the little fishes.
