Pie Ķestermeža lielās estrādes ir tilts, uz tā ir cach.
Apraksts
Meža parks ar brīvdabas estrādi, iecienīta pilsētnieku atpūtas vieta. Nosaukums cēlies no Dobeles latviešu luterāņu draudzes ķestera mājām, kas šajā vietā atradušās līdz pirmajam pasaules karam. Turpat bijusi arī skola, kurā 1843.gadā mācījies Dainu tēvs Krišjānis Barons.
Mūsdienās Ķestermežs ar brīvdabas estrādi ir dziesmu svētku, koncertu, teātrta uzvedumu, diskotēku un zaļumbaļļu norises vieta vasaras sezonā no maija beigām līdz augusta beigām.
2011.gadā cauri Ķestermežam tika izbūvēts bruģēts gājēju un veloceliņš, rekonstruēts gājēju tilts pār Bērzi, kā arī uzklāts asfalta segums estrādes tuvumā esošajam stāvlaukumam upes kreisajā krastā.
