CACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES! The posted coordinates will take you to the Welcome To Bad Axe sign but nothing is there - instead you need to do some caching in Bad Axe.
Final is at N 43° 49.___ W 083° 00.___ Locate the clues on the lids of the containers in this series and fill in the blank from south to north. Final is located near poison ivy but if you walk the perimeter you should be able to see the lid of the cache without touching anything. This cache is north of all the others so the series can be completed from south to north (on your way up north) without backtracking. Please park to the west of the cache. Bad Axe is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of Huron County located in the Thumb region of the Lower Peninsula. The population was 3,129 at the 2010 census. The population was 3,462 at the 2000 census, making it the largest community in Huron County and second largest in the Thumb, after Caro (if Lapeer and St. Clair counties, part of Metro Detroit, are not included).
