Please be careful when retrieving the container. The building is guarded at all times. The guard is usually at the main entrance, on 15 Romulus st., but checks the street from time to time.
You are looking at the former carriage factory H.I. Rieber. It was built in stages between 1890 and 1927. In 1928 it was mentioned in the industrial plan of Bucharest as the only producer of carriages.
Currently it is state owned and is used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for archival storage.
