You can try to hike to this one if you want, but I'm almost sure if you don't hate me already you will when you get done getting here. Your best bet is to get a small boat such as a kayak or canoe. I would not try to bring anything larger as there are a lot of rock and they are unpredictable. If you do make sure you know a good boat towing service.
