Welcome to my first Cache, Duck, Duck, Goose!
This is one of the caches where the journey is better than the destination. Although the cache spot and container are not special, taking a walk around this beautiful pond is fantastic. The cache, a medium sized tupperware container, can hold few trading items. Please bring a pen/pencil. Be stealthy, as this is by a popular walking and biking path. I highly recommend that you visit on a rainy day. (Chicago has many anyway) because there are less people and much more animal life. Don't forget to bring a camera, because you can get close to many of the wildlife. Please walk around the entire pond, either before or after your caching. Start on the south side, and work your way north. Also, a great place to go is the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Cheap Admission, and cool museum. The cache is in a dark place, but a flashlight is optional. Have Fun!!
