The cache container is a one gallon jar container.
This cache was placed in memory of Figgy who has been my geocaching partner for the last 10 years. In my mind he is the #1 geo-dog. The cache is in the Gardner Creek Nature Trail trail series and is 0.11 miles away from In Memory of Fitz. Fitz and Figgy lived together, played together and cached together until Fitz died of stomach cancer on Feb 1 2007. Figgy went to join his Uncle Fitz on September 5, 2012 after suffering from pancreatitis. Figgy was my best friend for 14 years and I found it only fitting that for Memorial Day we place a cache out in memory of him near the cache in memory of Fitz. Figgy is missed greatly by his mommy (Atlantis Shuttle Commander) his Uncle Fridge, his Grandma and Grandpa (Florida Location Folks) and his new sister (Biscuit).
I am not making it a specialized cache but am hoping that other geo-dogs will stop by and enjoy the trail and beach and remember those geo-dogs who came before us.
The cache is a one gallon jar container and located off of Gardners Creek nature trail. I will include specific hints in the hint section but when hunting think of looking where a dog might look.
