malak: I regretfully removed the cache today. I originally went out to change the logbook that was reported wet -- it was soaked!
It was an excellent cache in an excellent location, no saturation or nearby caches, still the lovely orchestra of frogs, no encroachment of people, at least not yet.
Which brings me to the reason why I removed it: The access point from near the school has these big "Private Property" signs and the orange snow fencing blocking it. It would seem that the other walking path is still accessible to the public since we saw another such setup about two-thirds of the way to the cache.
Although the cache was located on what appears to not be an area claimed by whomever -- Shawn and I assume that the area is next for the developers -- I wasn't up to starting to verify if there is another access, and the fact is that despite having been an excellent cache possibly with many more years of life, this one was a few years old.
Thanks to Cliffy for the container -- I might reuse it some day.
