The cache is across the street from a lot that has been empty for as long as I've lived in the area. I'm always reminded of the lot from the show Hey Arnold, aside from it being fenced off.
In an effort to get make people aware of the awesomeness that is Noriega I've decided to place another cache. It's a small blacked out tin across the way from an empty lot, and while not technically on Noriega it's just around the corner. There are a few trade items, but I didn't have enough room for a pen so, definitely byop (bring your own pen) but if you forget one there's a few stores around the area that sell pens. There is some stealth needed since a lot of people go in and out of the stores in the area. There's a dollar for the FTF.
