This is a short off set mutli in Midland .. as the name suggests.
At the posted coordinates you'll find a water feature with several plaques. You're after the one that gives information about when the memorial was restored and relocated to this site. It tells you the day month and year it was done.
Using the date as (AB/CD/EFGH) you can calculate the cache location.
Last 3 digits of the latitude are .(A+C+D)(H)(G-H+E) and the last 3 digits of the longitude are .(A+B)(H-C)(D).
It's a little under 100m away so not much leg work should be required.
Make sure you bring a writing implement, final is a magnetic mint tin.
