Geocache Description:

There is parking available nearby.  Stealth is required.

In 2013, 6wiggies and I will have been married for 15 years.  6wiggies suggested hiding a series of 15 caches in places significant to our relationship, and I thought that was a great idea.  This is the thirteenth hide of the series.

In March of 2000, 6wiggies and I had a baby girl (Bama Banana) and a little boy (Righteous Quest 2000) on the way.  I worked for a small consulting firm that required a lot of travel and both of us wanted me to find a position that would keep me closer to home.  I contacted Dr. Cathy Randall, who was the director of the University of Alabama's Computer-Based Honors Program, to find out if she knew of any companies in Tuscaloosa that were looking for former CBHers.  She got me in touch with the IT Director at her husband Pettus Randall's company - Randall Publishing.  Little did I know that four children and over thirteen years later, I would still be an employee here.

Many things have changed over my time at 3200 Rice Mine Road, including the name of the company.  After Mr. Randall passed away in 2002, the Randall family sold their stake in the company, in part, to company president Mike Reilly, who had worked for Mr. Randall for nearly 30 years.  Randall-Reilly Publishing was born.

Randall-Reilly has played a big part in the lives of me and my family, and I am thankful for the friends and colleagues that I have met and worked with over the years here.

Congratulations to Papa Bear 204 and Mia 87 for FTF!
