A series of 6 Caches located along a 2 mile walk along footpaths and lanes at the northern edge of Lytchett Matravers. You will also pass Cache GC2PV2F "Loop Farm".
Please note that as the circuit passes close to a Residential Home and Housing the series should only be undertaken during daylight hours.
The caches are in a variety of containers and each location has its own individual D/T rating. There are 2 stiles and several gates along the footpath sections, and 1-2 short steep hills to negotiate. The footpaths can be very muddy, so wellies or waterproof boots are recommended. Unfortunately the footpath sections are not recommended for wheelchairs or strollers due to a combination of obstacles, being overgrown and possible mud.
Three caches might been done as Cache & Dashes.
Along the footpath there are some lovely views towards Charborough Park and you will pass through Lytchett's Vineyard. You are likely to see wildlife and encounter livestock or horses in the fields.
