Geocache Description:

Located on a lovely beach at the end of a quiet road!  Great place to throw stones in the water and watch the ferries come and go!  The cache is placed well out of reach of high water!

An homage to the Nelson City Police annual fishing derby!  This cache has been replaced with a small container, room only for small traders. Please bring your own pen!

And good luck out there on the lake! I'm not sure if there are still big fish like this one my hubby caught when he was 8 very close to this spot, but it's always worth trying!
