Geocache Description:

Our cache is located along the trails of Southport Park. This historic plot of land has a deep history and a bright future. Hopefully you can come enjoy the experience of Geocaching and the Park! For more information on the park please visit www.southportpark.org.

Wakeman Boys and Girls Club has set up a multibox cache located in Southport Park! There are four ammo boxes located throughout the park, in each you will find the cordinates to the next. In the final box there are prizes and a camera. Please swap out one prize and replace it and take a photo of yourself and place the camera back in the box. This cache will hopefull help bring to life this wonderful, underutilized 11 acre resource in the heart of Southport and will increase its attractiveness for community use. The Southport Park has a wonderful history and has been revitilized for the greater community to use and enjoy!
