Geocache Description:

GeoCruise 2013: Cachers' Guide to the Galaxy was an event held at Alum Creek State Park on June 1, 2013. The event featured two cache runs, food vendors, prizes for competitors, and one live, purple alien!

42 caches were placed in honor of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. This cache was the final for the second run of the event, dubbed the High Tech Run.

All caches were approved by Alum Creek State Park Head of Park Police, Brad Copeland, and Park Events Coordinator, Melissa.

The Puzzle

Below are 5 puzzles you will need to solve in order to locate the final container. Each puzzle will provide you with an answer in the form of a password. Below each puzzle is a url to a page which is protected by a password. Solving the puzzle gives you access to the contents of the webpage. On each webpage you will find two clues to the final logic puzzle, which will lead you to the final location.
For example, you could see the following as a puzzle:

le mot de passe est costume violet

www.centralohiogeocaching.org/aliensuit

First you would solve the puzzle, deciphering the French phrase as, “the password is purple costume.” Then, go to the web address below the puzzle. At that point, the site would prompt you for a password. When you input “purplecostume” the pertinent information for that site would then appear. Please note that all passwords will be in lowercase letters. If a password requires more than one word, omit all spaces. In this example the password is “purplecostume” and not “purple costume.”
Solving all five puzzles and unlocking all five websites will provide you with the clues to solve the final logic puzzle. Using information from the logic puzzle, you will gain the password for the final webpage:

Final Puzzle:

Inez, Judy, Nancy, Philip, and Yolanda are aliens from other plants of our solar system. They each traveled from a different planet to be here for our 2013 GeoCruise! Due to interplanetary weather conditions, each one of them arrived on a different day of the week. Because of the varying atmospheres on these planets, each alien is also a different color. It is your job to figure out which alien arrived on which day, from which planet, as well as the alien’s color.

To obtain the password:
Fill in the five correct groupings in the table below. Take the first letter of each answer in its respective row and put them together. For example, if the correct answer included “Monday - Inez - Green - Saturn” you would get migs. If the next row were “Tuesday - Judy - Purple - Jupiter” it would yield tjpj. Obtain four letters from each row and put all them together in order to get the final password. The password will invariably have 20 letters. Following the example’s pattern, the password would be: migstjpjwnbntpymfyov. Remember to start with Monday and end with Friday.
