We travelled on a trail that took us to Chrisi Lake & than to Walker Lake. Still about 4 feet of snow here. You have a spectacular view of the bigger mountains to the north.
There are a couple of great seats here to view the valley below & the mountains to the north - you just need to see which one fits. From your sitting spot you can rest & shop for a mountain to hike on in the near future. Well that's what I sometimes do.
