The cache coordinates will get you to the pavilion at Lyons Park. We are reserving the shelter. There is no actual parking at the park, but there is PLENTY of street side parking for free. PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE FIRE STATION!!!!The Fire Chief gets very picky about this, and I will NEVER hear the end of this.
This event is just a simple meet and greet where we can all get together and hang out. There is no need for anyone to bring anything with them, but if you want to bring some food, either for yourselves or to share, please feel free. Please also feel free to bring TBs or coins to pass along or to be discovered, and feel free to bring pathtags to trade.
I hope to have some new caches in the area for everyone to find but time and other caches blocking placement may hinder this...
We have the pavilion so come whatever the weather holds.
New cachers are especially welcome to join us. Feel free to pick the minds of the seasoned veterans in the area, who are all full of great tips and hints on geocaching in general or on any caches in the area that you might be having a little trouble with.
