El caché está en el volcán "El Morro", una hermoso lugar con todo lo necesario para un día de aventura.

The cache is in the volcano "El Morro", a beautiful place with everything for an adventurous day. 

El caché se encuentra en el cráter formado por el volcán. Hay varias maneras de llegar a "El Morro", la más segura es llegar al pueblo de San José del Morro y acercarse a la municipalidad o la estación de policía. En estos lugares usted encontrará información acerca de los guías turísticos o los caminos para subir al cerro. Los guías locales conocen muy bien la zona, pero si el tiempo es bueno, los senderos están bien marcados y son fáciles de seguir. Se puede conducir hasta la base del cerro y desde allí ir a pie. Se recomienda ver un mapa y planear la forma mas segura de llegar a este cache. Tambien es importante tener en cuenta las horas de luz disponibles para poder volver antes de que sea de noche. En invierno este lugar puede llegar a ser muy frio de noche. Sin importar la temporada siempre hay que tener la ropa adecuada y suficiente agua para disfrutar la aventura.  Se necesitan aproximadamente unas 6 horas para ir y volver desde la base del cerro hasta el cache. Ese tiempo teniendo en cuenta varias paradas a descansar y almorzando en el citio del cache. Para una persona experimentada seguramente ese tiempo es de sobra, y para una persona sin experiencia quizas es mejor contar con mas horas disponibles.
Es siempre aconsejable que alguien fuera del grupo sepa donde van a estar y cuanto deberian demorarse en regresar. 

The Cache is in the crater formed by the volcano. There are several ways to reach "EL MORRO", the safest is to reach the town of San Jose del Morro and approach the local council or the police station. In these places you will find info about tour guides or ways to climb the hill. The local tour guides know the area very well, but if the weather is good the trails are well marked and are easy to follow. You can drive up to the base of the hill and from there go on foot. It is recommended to see a map and plan the safest way to get to this cache. It is also important to consider the available daylight hours to get back before it's dark. In winter, it can get quite cold at night. No matter the season you always have to have the right clothes and enough water to enjoy the adventure. It takes about 6 hours to get to and from the base of the hill to the cache. That time considering several stops to rest and lunch at Site of the cache. For an experienced person it is probably too long witht time to spare, but to an inexperienced person probably it is better to have more hours available.
It is always advisable that someone outside the group knows where you will be and how long it would take you to come back.

If you are bird lovers, do not forget your binoculars and camera. Here you will be able to meet with Black-Chested Buzzard-Eagles (Geranoaetus melanoleucus) and Andean Condors (Vultur gryphus).
