The Chester municipal complex is located at 50 North Road and former Bell Labs property. As you enter the driveway you will notice the old Bell Laboratories area and "the pole farm where they "grow telephone poles" A portion of the grounds was used for testing wood preservation techniques and is known as "the pole farm."
