The cache is located on Fort Harrison State Park. The cache is only available during park hours and there is a fee to enter the park. Placement Permit has been approved.
The cache is located along Lawrence Creek Trail and is within 1000 feet of the parking coordinates. Be very careful choosing a trail to take to get to the cache, a wrong trail could add several miles to your adventure. Stay on the trail until you are within about 20 feet of the cache. It is asked that if the trail is muddy, you return another day to attempt this cache. (Placed cache on day after a rain and trail was not muddy.) The trail system in this part of the park has changed and the trail is more like a bike trail, but is not too difficult of a walk or ride. The cache is a larger lock 'n' lock container that is covered is camo tape. 4/22/2014 Replaced the cache with an all black container of about the same size. 7/11/15 Moved the cache a few feet from the original hiding spot because it has been over run by ants.
