4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

The eastern entry to the town of Port Hedland is significant because of the magnificent Ring, it is very clever because it displays the conversion of Iron Ore to Steel.  The botton of the ring is the typical Iron Ore colour and consistency and the top is steel. When I first saw it I thought what the heck is that but on reading the info well it all made good sense. It is the essence of Port Hedland!!! and a great spectacle.

The cache is a well disguised tube container and has a Pen, Log, Spikey Bull, Multiarmed Monster, Leather Bracelet, Badge, balloon and a .badge. Careful observation will reveal so please replace as found with the grass pulled over with a little showing. This is not a new cache but a change to an existing cache and there has been a FTF, Good Luck
