This is our first cache and shouldn't prove too difficult. Every town has a memorial and this cache will hopefully bring a few more visitors to North Star. The cache is a small cylinder shaped container which has been painted black. It includes a logbook, and a few small trinkets.
North Star is located at the Heart of the Golden Triangle in North West NSW. Only half an hour from Queensland, this town is rural but not too far off the beaten track. There are 3 main roads to get to North Star and all are sealed. You'll get the chance to observe the everchanging crops on the way into town and possibly see some wildlife, although be watchful for the kangaroos which can seemingly target cars!
