Geocache Description:

This cache IS at the posted coordinates! However, there is a requirement that must be met before this cache can be logged. Failure to follow the below stated rules will result in log deletion.

A cacher's birthday is a special day. Almost as important, is the geo-birthday! For those that do not know, a cacher's geo-birthday is the date that he or she created an account and started logging their caches. It can be found by going to your profile or public profile, and it is listed next to "Member Since". For example, I've been a member since 6/2/2011, and just passed my second geo-birthday :) I got this idea from a cache I found out in Ohio while visitng some friends out there (GC3A2XQ). I have borrowed some of the same rules.

In order to log a find on this cache, you must have logged a find on a cache that was placed on your exact geo-birthday. For example, since my geobirthday is 6/2/2011, I found Do a Good Turn Daily (GC2XEKV) which was placed on 6/2/2011. The date a cache was placed can be found on the cache's page, directly under the cache title.

The Rules:
1. Any previous finds DO count.
2. All cache types qualify EXCEPT for event caches (includes events, mega-events, and cache in trash out).
3. If the cache has been archived since you found it, it DOES still count.
4. The cache must be listed on geocaching.com. You must have personally found and logged the cache (general rules as found on geocaching.com for logging a cache apply).
5. Finds without proper verification WILL be deleted.

Special rule for the Geocaching Old Farts: If you joined geocaching in or before 2004, you may use a cache that was placed exactly one or two years before or after your geo-birthday, as you may not be able to find one otherwise.

To claim a find for this cache, simply include in your log entry what your geo-birthday is, and the GC code and name of the qualifying cache! It's that easy! If this were a traditional cache, it would probably be a 1.5D, however, given the logging requirement, I've listed it as a 3.5D.

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to send me a message! Happy Caching! I hope you enjoy the bike path and view of the river!

Congratulations to sgauss on FTF!
