Déjà vu, from French, literally "already seen", is the phenomenon of having the strong sensation that an event or experience currently being experienced has been experienced in the past, whether it has actually happened or not. The cache IS at the posted coordinates, but you must qualify for the challenge prior to signing the log. BYOP and have fun searching those past finds!
In my travels I have come across many cities and towns that have the same name in different states. The challenge is to find three caches, but each cache must be in a city with the same name from three different states (or countries). For example, I have three different finds from the cities of Portage, MI; Portage, IN; and Portage, OH. There is a high degree of faith in the honor system for this challenge. If you have similar cities with slight spelling differences or the addition of "New" to the name (Boston versus New Boston for example) make your qualification case in the comments or email the CO. Please list the three caches in your log. Good luck!
