Geocache Description:

Just follow the instructions and you will see how many loons are left.

Follow these instructions in the order given:

1. Remove all loons who are standing and facing right.
2. Strike out the loons on either side of the loon swimming after four fish.
3. Omit the loon to the right of the loons with a distinctively green head
4.Cross out the loons in the first column who are with their young ones.
5.If any loons are facing each other (next to each other) in row H, remove them both
6.Let's get rid of the loons with mainly head shots
7.Take away the loons with wings outstretched in row J
8. Erase the identical loons that occur most frequently.
9. In row G, remove 1 loon that has the clearest mirror image.
10. In column 4, take away the loon with the open beak.
11. Any loon near clearly green vegetation needs to be omitted.
12. Eradicate any loons that are completely black
13. Take off any red-throated loons
14. Cross out the most strange-colored loon.
15. Remove a loon that has no visible eye in row E.
16. Obliterate any loons who are accompanied in row D and E.
17. Working downwards, remove the first three loons in the column that has the fewest erased loons so far.
18. Remove any loon that is clearly in flight.
19. In Row J, remove any loon facing right that is a pencil sketch
20. In the row with the fewest crossed out loons, remove any loons facing left.
21. If they exist, remove the loons to the right of the identical loons taken off in no. 8.
22. Erase any loons with a visible foot or feet in column 5.
23. Remove any remaining loon(s) not facing another from Row E.
24. Look at the leftover loons in rows E and J. If any loons have the same column position in these rows, then take them away.
25. Cancel the loon with a slightly red eye in row G.
26. In rows B and H, remove any loons who are looking left and who are immediately to the left of a loon who is looking right.
27. Remove any loons with visible vegetation in row D.
28. Let go of the remaining loon in a photo in row J.
29. If it exists, remove the loon that is to the right of answer 25.
30. Let's forget about the loon chasing fish.
31. Out of the six columns, if any of them have three remaining loons, cross out the middle of these.
32. Take away the loon that stands tallest.
33. Make note of the remaining loons. Do the following calculations: if A1 remains, then A1 = 2, or J6 = 10+6=16=7, etc.

Multiply together the drs of remaining loons from the first seven rows. Call this K.

Multiply together the drs of remaining loons from the last three rows. Call this L.

North = 45° 2x.xxx where x.xxx =

( K + L - 2000)/1000

Add drs of remaining loons in the first three columns. Call this P.

Add drs of remaining loons in the last three columns. Call this Q.

West = 075° 23.yyy where yyy =

(P * Q - 61)/1000
