Geocache Description:

Union Lake Wildlife Management Area

Welcome to the Union Lake Wildlife Management Area in Millville, NJ.This lake didn't even exist until 1860 when a man named Richard Wood dammed the Maurice River at sharp street to secure an ample water supply for his nearby foundry and cotton mill.DID YOU KNOW? There is an island in Union Lake named snake island, and rattlesnakes once called the lake area home until 1962 when the last know rattlesnake was shot. Cache is a tupperware container with blue lid.

PS- Please make sure you have a GOOD bug spray on. It seems they are out for blood! Good Luck!
