Observo que no has realizado ninguna tarea de mantenimiento sobre tu caché ni demostrado ninguna intención por solucionar el problema para reactivarlo desde que te puse la nota de aviso, y ya ha pasado el plazo dispuesto. Al no demostrar interés en mantener y reactivar este caché, no puede seguir estando publicado en geocaching.com, ya que esto impediría que no se puedan aprobar futuros cachés de otros miembros que se coloquen en las cercanías de éste. Como sabes, según las normas de geocaching.com, no se pueden esconder cachés a menos de 161 metros de otros cachés publicados en la web. Por esta razón, procedo al archivo definitivo del caché. Recuerda que no podremos sacarlo del archivo en ningún caso.

De todas formas, quiero agradecerte de nuevo tu contribución al geocaching.

Geocache Description:

Este multicaché pretende que el “geocacher” conozca 3 edificios de la obra de Aníbal González  construidos en 1915.

This Multicache intended that the "geocacher" visits 3 buildings designed by Aníbal González. They were built in 1915.


1-Cocheras-Centro deportivo/ Church of the garage-sport center



2-Torre del Agua-Centro cívico / Water Tower-Civic center




3-Vivienda director-Sede del Distrito Sur / South District Headquarters



4-En los años 20 / in the twenties



Los 3 edificios formaban parte de las instalaciones de la  Compañía Catalana de Gas y Electricidad, fábrica que abastecía de electricidad y gas a la Sevilla de principios del siglo XX. Los 3 edificios son obra de arquitecto sevillano  Aníbal González (1876-1929), uno de los arquitectos andaluces más importante de principio del siglo XX, autor entre otras obras, de la Plaza de España de Sevilla. Podéis contemplar una estatua homenaje de este arquitecto delante de la Plaza de España en el cercano Parque de María Luisa. La obra de Aníbal González abarca todo tipo de edificios, viviendas, plazas, monumentos, edificios administrativos e industriales. Los edificios que os proponemos visitar son de tipo industrial que se han rehabilitado para otro uso.  En la fotografía 4 podéis ver el aspecto de la fábrica en los años veinte. Los edificios  están muy cerca unos de otros y son:

(1) Edificio de las cocheras, actualmente es un centro deportivo.
(2)  Edificio de la Torre de Agua, actualmente un centro cívico.
(3)  Vivienda del  director de la fábrica, actualmente Sede del Distrito Sur.

Te invitamos a dar un paseo por el bonito barrio del Porvenir de Sevilla y de camino seguir las pistas de este multicaché. Las coordenadas iniciales parten del Edificio 1, tienes que encontrar el caché y éste te dará las coordenadas para encontrar el segundo, que a su vez, te dará las coordenadas para encontrar el tercero donde firmarás el “logbook”. Es una zona muy concurrida por las tardes pero muy tranquila por las mañanas. Esperamos que os guste.

 The three buildings were part of the “Catalonian  Gas and Electricity Company” plant which supplied electricity and gas to the Seville of the early twentieth century. The 3 buildings were designed by sevillian architect Anibal Gonzalez (1876-1929), one of the most important andalusian architects early twentieth century, author of, among other works, the Plaza of Spain in Seville. You can see a statue tribute to the architect in front of the “Plaza de España” in the nearby “Parque de María Luisa”. Aníbal González's work covers all types of buildings, houses, squares, monuments, administrative and industrial buildings. The buildings we show you are of industrial type that have been rehabilitated to another use. In photo 4 you can see the look of the factory in the twenties. The buildings are close to each other and are:

(1) Church of the garage, now a sports center.
(2) Building Water Tower, now a civic center.
(3) Housing Factory Manager, South District Headquarters today.

We invite you to take a walk in the beautiful neighborhood of  “El Porvenir” and follow the tracks of this Multicache. The initial coordinates start from Building 1, you have to find the cache and this will give you the coordinates to the second, which in turn will give you the last coordinates for the third one, where you will sign the "logbook". It is a very busy in the evenings but very quiet in the mornings. Hope you like.
