Bad Axe is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of Huron County located in the Thumb region of the Lower Peninsula. The population was 3,129 at the 2010 census. The population was 3,462 at the 2000 census, making it the largest community in Huron County and second largest in the Thumb, after Caro (if Lapeer and St. Clair counties, part of Metro Detroit, are not included).

Easy find in a place everyone knows.

This cache was placed in keeping with the tradition of the ALWAYS series of caches (the original ALWAYS #1, GCKPAK, was created in Florida on 10/1/04) This cache replaces the original ALWAYS in Bad Axe GCVW7G and ALWAYS in Bad Axe (#2) GC19B2A

ALWAYS there and ALWAYS lots of muggles. ALWAYS use maximum stealth or you will be seen. I am just sitting here -not magnetic or held by Velcro.

No room for trading items. Bring your own writing tool. May be tricky to remove from hiding spot.
