I have decided to emulate Geo-Ben, and not place a cache on State land, not have to get permission and not have to pay a $20 permit fee. This cache is not located in the State Park. It is easily accessed from Tower Road. The cache contains a log only. BYOP. No credit without your signature. There is not much traffic.
