Park roadside, and cache is just off the road. Not handicachable. Not snow-friendly.
I have enjoyed finding caches in the greater Twin Lakes area, and I think it is time that I paid back by placing something for others to find.
Cache is between a "small" and a "regular." Bring a pen.
Oregon said 3-6 feet, but you'll see the "Rah-Rah-Root-Toot-Toot" spot from your geo-vehicle.
Stealth will be an issue at times.
