Sometime recently the objects of this cache had been felled
IE - the three men swinging in the wind are no longer there
At this point in time the information point that allows the solving of the whereabouts of the cache is still in place therefore the cache container is findable
Come and see an Installation celebrating the air
These three men swing in the air, I am sure at one time they looked over the trees seeing how high the clouds are and how far the horizon is
There are three years refered to on the Plaque and they give you
ABCD - EFGH - JKLM
From them, using the equation below you will find the container and with a log to sign

Before removing the container, take note of its placement to ensure accurate replacement
