A Tree Too Far Traditional Cache

The Old Denny Road, or Coach Road, joins Larbert to Denovan Road. This public right of way was compromised when it was cut by the M876 motorway, built around 1970. Access was maintained by the building of this single track bridge to cross the motorway.

With the cars rushing by on the nearby motorway, this little muddy track has a sense of stepping back in time, with the old moss covered trees and dry stone walls.  When I have walked past here on many a long trek to other geocaches, I have been lucky enough to see the odd deer, and bird of prey. Aswell as enjoying the rhododendrons and the wild flowers.
