Welcome to the Carter-Pedigo Hiking Trail, the newest addition to the hiking trails in our little Village. We've been away from the sport for a while, and were surprised to find that there were no caches here in this little neck of the woods, so we decided to fix that.
Bring the kids! The trail head is located right off the Richfield Library parking lot, and as you walk the trail you can stop at stations along the way to read the book that is featured each month. By the end of your walk, you will have read the entire book. Our grandson Simon read the book to us as we searched for our cache location, and I'll warn you right now, you do not want to Give A Dog a Donut!
We lost signal often in this park due to heavy tree cover, but the clue should help if you need it.
You are looking for a medium-size camoflaged container filled with storybook characters. There is also a travel bug for the FTF!
Happy Trails!
