Tsetserleg is the provincial capital of the Arhangai Aimag (province) and is regularly described as one of the most beautiful towns in Mongolia, being surrounded by rugged rocky forested mountains. This cache is located in a rocky outcrop at a high point overlooking the town, but is easily accessible on foot or bike or car. The view over the town from this point is magnificent and well worth the 30 min hike from the town centre and guesthouses to get up to this point.
This cache is a plastic cliplok box containing in a ziploc bag a geocache notice, logbook, pencil, and at the time it was initially planted, an Australian fridge magnet.
