Geocache Description:

We are placing this cache in appreciation for “biblemanrick.” Without his excitement and willingness to rush out at all hours of the day or night to claim the First To Find, or the determination to “collect” all of our caches, we don’t know if it would be half the fun to hide them.

We haven’t been caching long, a little less than a year, but we have really enjoyed every minute of it. Part of this is because of some of the first caches that we searched for were “biblemanrick” caches.

We didn’t find them on the first try all of the time, but he would always give us a little nudge of encouragement to try again.

It’s not every day that you meet someone with this sort of zeal. When we started hiding caches we decided that we would kick things up a bit near where we lived. There weren’t very many caches right around us to begin with so we placed one or two that we thought were fairly difficult. “biblemanrick” would come back again, and again, and again, and again until he could claim the smiley.

This made hiding caches a lot of fun for us. It encouraged us to not only hide more, but after seeing the determination that “biblemanrick” put into finding them we started playing a bit of a mental game by trying to outsmart him. He would find one that we thought would be pretty hard, so the next time we would say, “how can we stump him.” It was always in good fun, and we were always rooting for him to find them, but we wanted it to take just a little longer sometimes. After all, this is part of the fun when you finally walk away with your user name on a small piece of paper after a particularly clever hide.

So, as we said, this cache is to show the appreciation for “biblemanrick’s” enthusiasm for making the hiding side of the game fun for us.

Now on with the challenge at hand.

There will be no hint for this one for the puzzle part of the cache, only for the final location.

“biblemanrick” once told us that some of his favorite caches were multi's and puzzles. The idea for this cache started from one of the first “biblemanrick” caches that we looked for, Sword Drill GC3JHNG. It isn’t exactly the same, or for that matter even really close to it. Like we said it was just the beginning of an idea for us.

So here you go. We hope you enjoy.

The Cache is NOT at the listed coordinates.

Here are the actual coordinates:

Remembering without ceasing your work of Faith, and labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father.

And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers.

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.

Mark me, and be astonished, and lay your hand upon your mouth.

The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house.

And he said unto them, I am an hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the Lord hath said unto me, Thou shalt not go over this Jordan

And the cities which ye shall give shall be of the possession of the children of Israel: from them that have many ye shall give many; but from them that have few ye shall give few: every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inheriteth.

For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up toward Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it.

And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.

If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
