E14 Mystery Cache

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. Perhaps Otto can help you, but then again, perhaps not. He's usually very social, except when he's involved in a book.

Here's the latest in my sad adventures with these devious team of scrabble fiends. I got off early yesterday, so I went over to Emma's house. The door was unlocked, so I walked in. I found everybody in the scrabble room, but no one would even acknowledge my presence. Everyone was so busy on their smartphones, and they wouldn't even look up. What's with these guys?

Well, I grew impatient with them, and starting throwing scrabble tiles at them. The "blanks" didn't hurt much, but the "Z" and "Q" tiles really made an impact when they hit. That did it. They finally put down their devices, and introduced me to their newest addition, "Otto."

"Hey Otto," I blurted out, "I'm ready for the next puzzle!"

Alas, Otto just ignored me. I started to pick up some tiles (maybe the "J" this time), but I saw him quickly type something into his smartphone.  I tried to see it, but he blocked the screen.

"Hey, Otto, what's the secret code?"

"I'm not saying, Basso. They just have to look around"

"But, how can my geocaching friends know where to look?"

"They can't. That's the point."

"Wait a minute, Otto. Do you know how many places they would have to search?"

"Yes, it is exactly E14**E14.  I call that number, OTTOPLEX, in honor of myself."

Well, I was dumbfounded. I thought this was very unfair, but what could I do?  I had already used up most of the heavy tiles.
