PS13 Millard Fillmore Traditional Cache

Millard Fillmore was vice-president under Zachary Taylor, and became president when Taylor died after 16 months in office.  Fillmore and Taylor, although running together on the same ticket, had never met each other until after the election!  Fillmore was responsible for opening up Japan to trade.
