YMTgeo: Hello,

Thank you to everyone who visited and helped us learn - this was only ever going to be a temporary cache for us (the trust) to learn about geo-caching and see how feasible it would be for us to implement a multi-trail for 2014.

We are archiving this cache now and have plans for a multitude of ideas for 2014 which will be much better planned, maintained and supervised.

Geocache Description:

A nice cache located in our stunning gardens near to the Yorkshire Museum. Gardens opening times: Summer: 7AM - 8PM Winter: 7AM - 6PM Entry is free into the Gardens. If you tire of looking why not sit down and collect your thoughts?

The GPS location will take you across a central lawn inside the grounds of the York Museum Gardens. Once at the location you will find the small cache container within a few footsteps from of you! The container is a small plastic box. Inside the box is a QR code which will direct you to a website as a little extra fun! (free QR code readers can be downloaded for most smart phones) You will need a pen and the container can hold very small objects if you wish to leave them. Please place box back exactly as you found it! Please respect our gardens, there is no need to climb, dig or walk on, in, or over any of the plants and shrubbery. Thank you! Enjoy!
